RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Right of Withdrawal: 14-Day Period
In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance sales, consumers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the product is eligible for return.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify us within this period and provide the order number. The direct costs of returning the product shall be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error attributable to Margarita 3D2, a defective product, or a lack of conformity.
The product must be returned in suitable condition, without having been used beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functionality, and preferably in its original packaging.
Damage, Errors, or Issues with the Order
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged during transportation, or does not correspond to the product purchased, please contact us as soon as possible, providing your order number, photographs of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
Once the case has been assessed, and where applicable, Margarita 3D2 may repair, replace, or refund the product at no additional cost to the customer. In authorized cases, a return label or the necessary instructions will be provided.
Shipments Through a Carrier Requested by the Customer
When, at the customer's express request, an order is shipped through a carrier other than those normally used or proposed by Margarita 3D2, the customer shall assume full responsibility for any loss, damage, delay, or incident occurring during transportation.
In such cases, the customer must contact the selected carrier directly to manage any claim. Margarita 3D2 will not accept returns or issue refunds resulting from losses, damage, or incidents occurring during shipment carried out through the carrier requested by the customer.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Returns under the right of withdrawal will not be accepted in the following cases:

Personalized products or products manufactured according to the customer's specifications.

Special orders or products made to order.

Products which, due to their nature or configuration, are not eligible for return under applicable law.
These exceptions do not affect the customer's rights in the event of a defective product, an error in the order, or a lack of conformity.
Return Address and Authorization
All returns must be authorized in advance by Margarita 3D2. Once a return has been authorized, the exact shipping address and, where applicable, a return label or the necessary instructions will be provided.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will inform the customer of the decision made.
Where a refund is applicable, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 21 business days from approval. The actual time for the funds to be credited may depend on the customer's bank or card issuer.
When the right of withdrawal is valid, the refund will include the cost of the product and, where applicable under the relevant regulations, the standard shipping costs originally paid. Additional costs resulting from choosing a shipping method other than the standard shipping option will not be refunded.
If more than 21 business days have passed since the refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us and provide your order number.
